Great job and great service! I love that they call and also update you on the progress of your car repair with texts! It is so nice to be kept in the loop on how the repair is progressing. My car has been at Gerber Collision so many times that I have them on speed dial. Last year, damage to rear could not be fixed properly, because it had been previously repaired incorrectly in another state. Insurance wanted to total my car. Larry and Steve B. worked with them to go back to first shop and have them pay under warranty. All that to say, they really go the extra mile to do what is best for each customer. My car looked beautiful-until someone hit the exact same spot this year. I hope this isn't going to be an annual event. Just picked up Bessie and she looks good as new. Thank you Steve B. and Team: Chris, Jimmy, Brophy, Amanda and all those in the shop that make them look so good up front! Love the way you text updates, to keep me in the know. Very professional.
